YHMKQ8312-5小型數(shù)控凸輪軸磨床主要用途 Main purpose
適用于摩托車(chē)，通用汽油機(jī)，輕型柴油機(jī)，小排量汽車(chē)等發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)凸輪軸以及油泵凸輪軸的磨削加工。
It’s suitable for grinding and machining the camshafts of engine and oil pump in motorcycle, general gasoline engine, light-type diesel engine and small displacement vehicle, etc.
YHMKQ8312-5小型數(shù)控凸輪軸磨床主要特點(diǎn) Technical characters
1.機(jī)床數(shù)控系統(tǒng)采用西門(mén)子（SIEMENS）802S數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，工作臺(tái)移動(dòng)（Z軸），砂輪架進(jìn)給（X軸），砂輪修整進(jìn)給（Y軸）均實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字控制。
2.機(jī)床具有自動(dòng)循環(huán)磨削，導(dǎo)輪自動(dòng)跳擋，自動(dòng)修整砂輪，尺寸自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償?shù)榷喾N功能。
3.砂輪主軸采用流體靜*承，主軸回轉(zhuǎn)精度高，精度保持性能好。
1.It adopts SIEMENS 802S numerical control, which worktable moving on Z axle, wheel head feeding on X axle and wheel dressing feeding on Y axle are controlled by CNC.
2.The machine owns multi-functions, including auto-circulation grinding, gear auto-stopping for guide roller, wheel auto-dressing and wheel size auto-compensation etc.
3.Wheel spindle adopts fluid hydro-static bearing with high and stable revolution precision.
